1. What Reffer does

Reffer records referral clicks, attributes referred sales, calculates commissions and moves the money: it charges the SaaS company for the commissions its partners earned plus the platform fee, and transfers each partner their share through Stripe Connect.

2. Accounts

One account can act as a SaaS workspace, a partner workspace, or both. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the integration keys shown on the Integration screen. Rotate a key immediately if it leaks.

3. If you run a program (SaaS)

• You set the commission, the cookie window and the hold period, and you may change them for future sales.
• You authorise Reffer to charge your payment method for cleared commissions plus the platform fee.
• A refunded or disputed sale reverses its commission automatically. A commission already paid out stays reversed on your partner's balance.
• Suspending or pausing a program stops new attribution; commissions already cleared are still owed.

4. If you refer (partner)

• A commission is earned when the sale is attributed to your link and clears its hold period.
• Self-referrals, incentivised traffic, trademark bidding and spam are grounds for rejecting a commission.
• Withdrawals require a completed Stripe Connect account. Reffer transfers to that account; it never holds your balance beyond the payout cycle.
• You are responsible for the taxes on what you earn. Stripe collects the tax information it needs during onboarding.

5. Fees

Reffer keeps a percentage of every referred transaction, shown on your Payments screen and on each invoice. There is no monthly fee.

6. Suspension

We may pause an account for fraud, chargeback abuse, or a failed payment method that stays unpaid after our retry window. Money already collected for partners is still paid out.

7. Liability

Reffer is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
